We provide live support for all customers and users for all Joobi applications.  Please follow those recommendations to make the interaction with our support more efficient.

We provide 24 Hours live support from Monday to Friday.
You might find a live agent on Saturday as well but we cannot guarantee it.
On Sunday our support is closed.

You know if an agent is online if the picture on the right present the ONLINE sign.  Simply click on it to get connected to an agent. When an agent is not available please use the ticket system to ask your question.    We reply to all tickets within 24 hours, usually within 1 hour.  The live support does not replace the ticket system.  There is many cases where a ticket will be more efficient.

When chatting with a support agent or asking a question in the ticket system, please be specific. The more specific and the faster we will be able to answer your questions.  Indicate if you posted previews tickets related to the matter.

When to use the Live Support:
  • When you have a pre-sales questions
  • When you have a problem with ordering a product
  • When you have an urgent matter that need attention

When to use the Ticket System:
  • When you want to suggest a new feature
  • When all agents are busy
  • When you want to keep track of an issue (live support chat are NOT recorded)
  • When an agent ask you to do so

The support is only provided in English at this stage.

Wow, I'm very impressed of the support here!

It doesn`t matter if it's day or night, the joobi guys and gals seem to be allways in charge:-)
And the quality is supernatural! They helped me quite a lot!

Proud New jNews user

Several months go I installed Acajoom on my powweb web site and went through hell
trying t get it installed into a joomla web site.  I worked with Evelyn Lopez and
I was AMAZED ! ! ! !

I was using the FREE version of Acajoom and she spent hours over 2 weeks helping
me.  Remember - this was for the free version.

She logged into my web site, she spoke to the powweb techs and we finally
determined it was an issue with powweb due to the 60 seconmd limit on installs.
Once we pointed this out to them. powweb did the installation.

I vowed then and there that if I needed to purchase a newsletter program it would
be through Joobi.

I purchased jNews a few days ago and had a problem again installing on powweb.
Turns out I did something wrong in the download and did not receive the zip file.
 I spoke to live support and she stayed with me and emailed me the zip file.

Joobi is WORLD CLASS support.  I mean, not just good or terrific but WORLD
CLASS!!!

I started using AcaJoom over a year ago and then decided to switch to jNews this year. 

iJoobi has done an outstanding job with this component and I look forward to their continued development in this area.

In fact, folks who are building and operating Joomla! sites are now very interested in replacing the high costs of Constant Contact and Mad Mimi newsletter subscriptions services with jNews and iJoobi products.

I do not hesitate to recommend these products to anyone I see using the paid subsription newsletter services.

I saw various comments regarding the Joobi packages and especially their tech support as I searched for e-commerce solutions that integrated with Joomla and JomSocial, and regarding the tech support all comments were positive.

Having had my own experiences with asking pre-sales questions, I must concur - Joobi's tech support is pretty much unmatched virtually anywhere in the e-world.  Top notch!!
