on 2010-Mar-17 18:28:39 The support staff here is great, i had issues with my licence and wanted to migrate from one site to other, and the support staff was as usual on spot, they helped me out to transfer my licence to new domain, i suggest everyone to use acajoom as this is one of the best newsletter component i came across, earlier i was a fan of phplist, now this piece of application outshines everything. Worth every penny.

on 2010-Mar-15 19:17:04 We (my employer and I) are trying to decide whether to purchase jNews Pro. We need an extension that will automatically email the addresses on a certain list whenever we publish a new article in a certain category.
However, if the automated newsletter includes new articles in *all* categories, that will be totally unsuitable for us.
Is there a way to limit the newsletter to articles in a specified category *only*?

JNews Only 65 Mails are send

We tryed to send out a newsletter twice now since friday,
We are using the jNews Pro commercial version. Mails config left default. 20 Seconds time waiting until the next 65 should be send. Nothing happens after 20 seconds, waited for an hour now and still nothing happens. Should be sended automatically. Talked to my hoster and they allow 1000 mails per queue. so this should be ok. What is wrong. and another question: where will i find the jNews Update announced for today? Urgent Greetings guido

Muy bueno servicio técnico, yo utilizaba acajoom free y ahora compre acajoom plus para tener mayor servicio y opciones de envio.

World Class Tech Support

on 2010-Mar-05 13:52:48 I have been involved with computers as a tech, as a developer, as a web builder, etc for 15 years and am seldom impressed. Joobi Tech Support is WORLD CLASS. I used Acajoom and was wowed. I tried to upgrade to jNews and could not get it installed. My hosting service kept telling me it was not their issue. It was. There was a problem in one of the php files. Joobi Tech Support was online with me for over an hour and kept at it and did everything that could possibly be done from their side.
I just wanted to spread the word that these people are fantastic!
Bfy the way, I was trying to install jNews Free. Free!!!!!
This kind of Tech Support is unheard of, especially for a free product. Most of the open source products tell you to visit their forums and find your own answers for free products. But Joobi is amazing.
I am very impressed!

Live Chat is the Best!

Lost my password to your site so requested a new one. Then messed up the account because of reading 0 (zero) vs O (O letter)...Account was locked...Very unfriendly....

Can't Buy Your Product

on 2010-Jan-18 01:01:47 I have purchased and used 7 copies of Acajoom Plus over the last two years. It's been a great program for Joomla 1.0 and I've always had good support on the rare occasion that I needed it in the past.
However, in the last few days I've been trying to purchase a new version for Joomla 1.5. First my coupon didn't work and then my purchase didn't work according to your control panel and an email. I re-initiated the purchase and now PayPal says I've been charged twice and your control panel still says I haven't paid.
Today I got an email from you that my account has been locked so I can't check my status or add to my support ticket. I now see many posts that other customers are also having serious problems with the software and customer service. So now I want to cancel my order and get a refund for both PayPal charges. I'm sorry you're having so much trouble but I don't have time to wait for you to sort this all out!

on 2010-Jan-17 22:34:24 Tonight I tried to buy the Acajoom PLUS but the moneybookers it didnt work... Ive been working with the Acajoom for the last 2 months but now I have 1.500 suscribers and I cant send mailing as my server limitations are strong.
I think you must change your payment system asap.
Besides, I think is quite expensive so Im already looking for another system

Honey was very knowledgeable and able to assist me without any complications. A breath of fresh air compared to most support staff at other businesses.
