Filter widget is a new feature of jBounceback that will handle your emails and automatically filter them to their proper boxes -- Inbox, Archive, Trash.
This is a big improvement that we made for jBounceback to help you properly identify the type of messages you are getting from Acajoom and jTickets.
To do this, check on the jBounceback Dictionary and add entries. There are already existing entries in the dictionary, which are predefined entries for automatic filtering of messages, e.g. Out of Office. Still, new entries can be added as you needed it.

Integrated with jBounceback, jTickets now enables the ticketing system to automatically convert replies done through an email account to tickets. This can be done by clicking on the preferences of jTickets and setting to Yes Automatic conversion of reply to automatically convert the email reply to a ticket reply.
In this case, a ticket has to be created first (by the customer) in the ticketing system before a ticket can be created in the email.
