1. Components -> jTickets -> Tickets

2. Tickets -> Preferences

3. At the Preferences, select the tab "Settings" and go directly to "Online Status" field.

4. Then select 'Yes' for either 'Display status?' or 'Only customers status?' based on your preference for the online status.

5. Finally click to implement the task.

2. Tickets -> Preferences

3. Click the tab Settings and go to Avatar field and select where you want to get the avatar.

If Community Builder is selected, the source of the avatar is from Community Builder component.
If jCommunity, the source of the avatar is from jCommunity component.
But if you choose General Preferences, you'll be able to use the choice you made where to get the avatar at the General Preferences of jSetup. That means the one you have chosen at jSetup will be used also at jTickets.

4. To complete click .

If the application that you choose is not installed, no avatar will be displayed.
If both preferences for jSetup and jTickets selected different sources (jCommunity, and Community Builder, or no avatar at all), the preference for jTickets will be the first priority to used.
