1.1 Installing jTickets

Before installing jTicket to your website, you need to install jSetup first.

After installing jSetup, go to Components >> jSetup >> Applications

Then select jTickets from the given Application List and click Install now

You can see the Application Information of jTicket here. Click Install/Update to start the installation process.

Notice the Installation Status is in process.

Installation is done successfully upon seeing this Status message.

1.2 Adding jTicket to your Page

After installing the product, put the jticket to the front end it so it will be viewable for the users.

These are the steps to be follow:

Go to Menus then Main Menu

Click New Button

Select jTicket from the list

Provide any Title/Name

Save the Menu Item form

 

Then Publish

 

After following the procedures, check the front end of your site and check whether the ticket is present.
